1. The service
Live Your Blueprint (the "app") is a personal‑development application operated by Live Your Blueprint that helps you define, track, and complete habits and structured challenges ("Blueprints"). We may add, change, or remove features over time.
2. Eligibility & your account
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Live Your Blueprint.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app, other users' accounts, or our systems.
- Reverse‑engineer, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the app or its infrastructure.
- Upload content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes others' rights.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions & payments
- Live Your Blueprint offers an optional paid subscription ("Live Your Blueprint Pro"). Prices are shown in the app before you purchase.
- Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment, billing, and renewals are governed by your app‑store account.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies; we generally cannot issue refunds directly.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create in the app (your Blueprints, habits, notes, and progress). You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its design, logos, and software are owned by Live Your Blueprint and protected by intellectual‑property laws. We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own personal, non‑commercial use.
7. No professional advice
Live Your Blueprint is a self‑improvement tool, not a provider of medical, mental health, financial, or professional advice. Content in the app is for general informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions about your health or wellbeing.
8. Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or that it will meet your specific goals.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Live Your Blueprint will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app.
10. Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time (see Account & Data Deletion). We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if required to protect the service or other users.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
